Sparkle Everything WOW! Bloghop

January was a hot time for all craft people out there - so many great new supplies at CHA I mean. Have you seen the goodies from Wow! Embossing powder?  WOW’s very own Premium Glitter - SPARKLES - is absolutely stunning! I can`t help myself but use it in every project now. It is hard to stop myself from using all the 15 jars at once :)
Also 20 Brand NEW embossing powder colours are on the market now - some are pearl, some - with glitter, and some primaries.
Of course, there are new stamps - a bit grungy backgrounds and elements.

So here is my shaker Valentine Day card, for which I used a bunch of new Sparkles and Powders as well as new stamps.

At first I used J'adore (by Marion Emberson) - Clear Stamp Set with WL17R Colour Blend - Rose Gold for the background embossing. i love rose gold, I am a huge fan of warm gold shades! Then I colored the background with sprays of red, pink and purple - traditional Valentine day colours.
After that I cut the shaker panel of watercolour paper (4 layers) and filled the shaker with SPARKLES, one colour one section, trying to achieve a bit of ombre look. Here are the colours I used from top to the bottom:

Then for more interest I added just a scoop of SPRK003 Clarabelle SPARKLES to the each section, few sequins and stars.
The hearts I stamped with Hearts & Twine (by Marion Emberson) - Clear Stamp Set, embossed with WS147 Velvet and WS150 Hot Gossip. For the sentiment I also used WS147 Velvet and script from Just Saying (by Marion Emberson) - Clear Stamp Set.

Then I created flower arrangement with some die-cut leaves, berries, lace, sisal.
 I sprayed the frame with purple and embossed the texture with WL17R Colour Blend - Rose Gold. Then I mixed some SPRK007 Coral Beach SPARKLES  with clear gloss medium and applied it to the handmade flowers and some parts of the card.

I wanted even more sparkle))) so added some SPRK003 Clarabelle SPARKLES in the very same way on the top of Coral Beach SPARKLES  in some spots.

As a finishing touch I used some liquid enamel dots and liquid pearls.
